Ham Upside-Down Casserole
- 1 12 cups cubed cooked ham
- 1 cup lima beans, cooked and drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 23 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 13 cup cornmeal
- 1 egg
- 14 cup milk
- Heat oven to 400*.
- Mix ham, beans, corn, cheese, onion and Worchestershire sauce.
- Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Cover and bake 15 minutes.
- Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over hot meat mixture, spreading batter evenly to edge of casserole.
- Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
- Cut into wedges and invert each onto plate.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve with Pickled Beets and Chocolate Pudding.
