Easy Chocolate Roll-Up

  1. Line a 15" x 10" jelly roll pan with foil.
  2. Melt butter in pan; sprinkle nuts and coconut evenly in pan; drizzle with the condensed milk.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In mixing bowl, beat eggs at high speed for 2 minutes until fluffy.
  5. Gradually add sugar; continue beating 2 minutes.
  6. Add remaining ingredients; beat 1 minute at low speed.
  7. Pour evenly into pan over the filling.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes until the cake springs back when touched in the center.
  9. Sprinkle the cake (in pan) with powdered sugar.
  10. Cover with a towel; invert pan.
  11. Remove pan and foil.
  12. Roll-up jelly roll fashion, using towel to roll cake.
  13. Leave covered until cooled.
