Adobong Isda (Fish In Tangy Sauce) Recipe

  3. Combine the rest of ingredients except veg.

  7. Cover, lower heat and simmer f about 10 min turning fish once.

  9. Transfer fish to a dish.
  10. Let sauce in skillet simmer till reduce Transfer to a small bowl and set aside.

  12. Heat oil in skillet.
  13. Fry fish till brown on all sides.
  14. Place on serving dish.
  15. Pour sauce over it.
  16. Preparation and Cooking Time: 30 min Serves 4-5
