The Viking Cocktail

• 2 oz. Great King Street
• 1/2 oz. almond orgeat, toasted
• 3/4 oz. lemon juice
• 1/2 oz. orange juice
• 1/2 oz. honey syrup
• 4 drops Elmakule Tiki Bitters

1. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled double rocks glass over pellet ice.
2. Garnish with an orange slice and an orchid.
