Butter Loving Cornbread
- 2/3 cup melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix eggs and milk.
- Combine the rest of the dry ingredients.
- And add to mixture alternately with the egg mixture.
- Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 25 minute.
- Until golden brown.
