Kumquat, Seville Orange, and Apricot Marmalade

  1. In a saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  2. Let marmalade cool in a heat-proof bowl and chill, covered, until cold, about 2 hours.
  3. Marmalade keeps, covered and chilled, 2 weeks.
