Scd Gluten Free Karin's Almond and Sesame Nut Loaf
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 leek, trimmed and chopped finely
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 12 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 12 cup almond meal
- 34 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Fry onion until translucent.
- Mix all ingredients and pour into lined loaf pan.
- Bake at 180 C (350 F) for about 1/2 hour until skewer comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in pan.
