Cheesy Tuna Mornay
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 100g grated tasty cheese Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 425g canned tuna, drained
- 100g KRAFT* Cheese In A Biskit*
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan, add onion, garlic, and celery.
- Cook vegetables until translucent.
- Add the flour, stir for 1 minute.
- Slowly add the milk, stirring continuously.
- Stir in cheese and cook until mixture thickens.
- Add tuna and pour into an ovenproof dish.
- Top mornay with Cheese In a Biskit* and bake at 180C for 15 minutes or until tuna is hot and biscuits are golden.
- Serve with a salad.
