Cheesy Tuna Mornay

  1. Heat the butter and oil in a pan, add onion, garlic, and celery.
  2. Cook vegetables until translucent.
  3. Add the flour, stir for 1 minute.
  4. Slowly add the milk, stirring continuously.
  5. Stir in cheese and cook until mixture thickens.
  6. Add tuna and pour into an ovenproof dish.
  7. Top mornay with Cheese In a Biskit* and bake at 180C for 15 minutes or until tuna is hot and biscuits are golden.
  8. Serve with a salad.
