Strawberry Freeze

  1. Crust:.
  2. Spread in 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. Remove pan from oven and cool.
  6. Remove 1/3 cup of mix from pan for garnish.
  7. Filling:.
  8. Beat 10 minutes the egg whites, strawberries, lemon juice and sugar.
  9. Fold in the Cool Whip.
  10. Spread mix into pan over crumbs.
  11. Garnish top with reserved crumbs.
  12. Freeze several hours before serving.
