Eggnog Pudding
- 2 cups cold eggnog
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (softened)
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding
- 2 -3 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 18 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- whipped topping (optional)
- start with 1 cup of eggnog.
- beat in all of the cream cheese.
- add top 2 ingredients (mixed) with rest of ingredients in order given except for whipped topping.
- add last cup of eggnog beating on low for 2 minute.
- spoon into 8 separate servings into stemmed glassware.
- cover with plastic wrap.
- chill overnight or at least 8 hours.
- top with whipped topping & shortbread cookies if desired.
