Blackberry smoothie

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and switch on.
  2. Add more juice if you like your smoothie less thick.
  3. Pour through a sieve to remove the seeds.
  4. This can take a little white so be patient.
  5. Use a spoon or spatula to 'push' through.
  6. Drink and enjoy.
