Blackberry smoothie
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 fromage frais
- 1/2 cup berries or any other fruit you like
- 1/2 cup Apple juice
- Put all ingredients in a blender and switch on.
- Add more juice if you like your smoothie less thick.
- Pour through a sieve to remove the seeds.
- This can take a little white so be patient.
- Use a spoon or spatula to 'push' through.
- Drink and enjoy.
