Salmon Roll-Ups

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Trim and discard crusts from bread.
  3. Flatten bread with rolling pin to 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Mix salmon, dressing, 1 Tbsp.
  5. dill and lemon juice until blended.
  6. Spread 1 heaping tablespoonful salmon mixture onto half of each bread slice; roll up.
  7. Cut crosswise in half; place, cut sides down, on baking sheet.
  8. Brush with margarine; sprinkle with remaining dill.
  9. Bake 15 min.
  10. or until lightly browned.
  11. Serve warm.
