Salmon Roll-Ups
- 12 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 can (6 oz.) salmon, drained, flaked Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill, divided
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Trim and discard crusts from bread.
- Flatten bread with rolling pin to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Mix salmon, dressing, 1 Tbsp.
- dill and lemon juice until blended.
- Spread 1 heaping tablespoonful salmon mixture onto half of each bread slice; roll up.
- Cut crosswise in half; place, cut sides down, on baking sheet.
- Brush with margarine; sprinkle with remaining dill.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Serve warm.
