Dill and Orange Miso Spread

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring well to blend.
  2. Simmer gently for 3 minutes, until the desired consistancy is reached.
  3. Add more water if needed (more for sauce, less for spread.
  4. ).
  5. I highly recommend not adding the miso until the end and you have finished simmering the sauce, as heating it destroys the beneficial enzymes that make it so healthful.
