Mexican Chocolate Torte Recipe
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 2 c. Betty Crocker fudge frosting mix
- 1/2 c. cinnamon (optional)
- 33 graham crackers
- Mix at low speed first 3 ingredients till mix resembles chocolate lowfat milk, then at higher speed till thick.
- Place graham crackers on wax paper.
- Place frosting side down, each layer till you reach 11 layers.
- Carefully slip onto side.
- Frost top and sides then chill for 6 hrs.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings.
- Serves 8-10.
