Aragosta Alla Griglia Con Vino Bianco Basilico Recipe

  1. To prepare the basil leaves sauce: Heat the wine, add in the basil leaves, pour in the cream.
  2. SPLIT the lobster tail through the center and clean.
  3. Whisk all the marination ingredients and marinate the lobsters in it and chill for three hrs.
  4. Grill the lobsters on a warm plate or possibly roast on a tawa, basting regularly with the marinade.
  5. Keep the flesh side up.
  6. Pour the basil leaves sauce over the lobsters and serve immediately.
