Lemon-ginger Cream Cheese Spread

• 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
• 13 cup preserves ginger
• 1 tablespoon lemon zest grated
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger ground

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl thoroughly and refrigerate in an air-tight container.
2. Will keep for at least a week stored in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
