Crockpot Chicken
- 1-2 each carrots thinly sliced
- 1-2 each celery stalks thinly sliced
- 1 each onions sliced
- 1 each chicken cut up into parts or 2 whole chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon, powdered
- 1 x black pepper to taste
- 1 x garlic powder to taste
- Put vegetables in crockpot.
- Place chicken on top.
- Sprinkle with bouillon and seasonings, add 1/4 cup water and cook on low 8 hours.
- This is much like a delicious roasted chicken.
