BBQ Pork Tenderloin & Vegetable Rice

  1. Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill meat, corn and peppers 12 to 15 min.
  3. or until meat is done (160 degrees F) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce the last 5 min.
  4. Place meat on carving board; tent with foil.
  5. Cut corn kernels from cobs; coarsely chop peppers.
  6. Combine corn, peppers and rice.
  7. Spoon remaining sauce over meat.
  8. Serve with rice mixture.
