Affinity

• ice cube, cracked
• 2 ounces Scotch whisky
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 ounce dry vermouth
• 1 ounce sweet vermouth

1. Half fill a mixing glass with cracked ice.
2. Add liquid and stir.
3. Strain into a champagne glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
