Asian Style Burrito /Popiah Roll
- 4 piece of japanese seaweed (nori) optional
- 4 steam fresh spring roll (Popiah skin)
- 1 thin crepe optional
- 1/2 cup crush peanut
- 1 small grated carrot
- 1 small grated cucumber
- 1 cup blanch beansprouts
- 1 cooked scrumble egg
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup chili sauce or peri peri sauce
- 1 cup dice roasted pork with 1tbsb of light soy sauce or
- 1 cup dice cooked chicken optional
- MEAT FILLING OPTION.
- .....season cooked roasted pork with 1tbsp of light soy sauce
- MIX HOISIN SAUCE WITH PERI PERI SAUCE THRN SET ASIDE
- apply a layer of mix sauce on spring roll then top filling
- wrap it up like a burrito
- as it is or cut up serve immediately
