Momma's Apple pie pancakes

  1. Heat pan to medium low ( you want it lower than you usually would when making pancakes so they take linger to cook and the apple gets a chance to start cooking(
  2. Add milk and chia seeds to mixing bowl
  3. Chop apple into 1/4 inch cubes
  4. Add apple to the mixing bowl
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients besides the caramel syrup to the mixing bowl and mix thoroughly
  6. Cook as you usually would.
  7. They will take longer to cook than usual because of cooking at a lower temperature
  8. Drizzle caramel syrup over them and enjoy!
