Salisbury Steak, Onion Gravy Recipe

  1. In bowl, combine 1/3 c. soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt, pepper.
  2. Shape into 6 oval patties.
  3. In skillet, brown patties; pour off fat.
  4. Gradually blend in remaining soup into flour till smooth.
  5. Add in to skillet with remaining ingredients; stir to loosen brown bits.
  6. Cover; cook over low heat 20 min or possibly till done.
  7. 6 servings.
