Barbecue Shrimp With Angel Hair Pasta Recipe
- 4 Tbsp. light margarine
- 1/2 c. fat free Italian salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp warm pepper sauce
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 x bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1 Tbsp. dry rosemary
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 1 x lemon, juice of
- 2 lb shrimp, not peeled
- 1/3 c. white wine
- 12 ounce angel hair pasta, uncooked
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, finely minced
- In a large heavy skillet, heat marg.
- Add in remaining ingred (before pasta)
- except shrimp and wine.
- Cook over medium heat till sauce begins to boil.
- Add in shrimp and cook for about 15 min Add in wine and cook another 10-12 min
- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and oil.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a small pan, combine remaining ingre and sauteefor a few min Pour over pasta and toss.
