Quick Crab Soup Deluxe
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of pea soup
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 pint half-and-half
- 1 lb crabmeat, cut in small pieces
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 ounces sherry wine (or more)
- In a saucepan, mix all ingredients in order listed, except sherry.
- Mix well and heat until hot.
- Add sherry just before serving.
