Turkey Bacon and Shrimp Salad Sandwich
- 2-1/4 gal. cooked cleaned shrimp, coarsely chopped
- 3 cups red onions, chopped
- 3 cups LOUIS RICH Turkey Bacon, cooked, chopped
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT Light Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
- 1-1/2 qt. sweet pickle relish
- 3 cups HEINZ Tomato Ketchup Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 48 each whole wheat sandwich rolls, split
- 3 qt. lettuce leaves, chopped
- Combine shrimp, onion, turkey bacon, dressing, relish and ketchup.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- For each serving: Place 6 oz.
- (about 1 cup) of the shrimp mixture on bottom half of roll; cover with 1/4 cup lettuce and top of roll.
