Campbells Seafood Tomato Alfredo Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
- 1 med onion, minced
- 1 can Campbell's(r) Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. diced canned tomatoes
- 1 lb hard white fish fillets (flounder, haddock or possibly halibut), cut into
- 2 x " pcs
- 4 c. warm cooked linguine
- HEAT margarine in skillet.
- Add in onion and cook till tender.
- Add in soup, lowfat milk and tomatoes.
- Heat to a boil.
- Add in fish.
- Cook over low heat 10 minutes.
- or possibly till done.
- Serve over linguine.
- Serves 4.
