Beer corn on the cobb
- 4 any size corn on the cobb frozen or fresh
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup beer any kind you like
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- You will need 4 pieces of tin foil enough to wrap the corn in and get the bar b que fired up
- Make a bowl out of the foil and place a corn on the Cobb in it
- Add a tablespoon of butter a 1/4 cup of beer or more and salt and pepper to taste in bowl with corn
- Close up foil put on top rack of bar b que cook until you see beer boil keep boiling in beer about 30 minutes
- Remove be careful not to spill beer on you
