Barbecued Salad

  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Whisk together oil, mustard, vinegar and liquid smoke.
  3. Brush romaine halves with mixture and grill, directly over heat until slightly charred and wilted, turning once, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from grill, chop and season to your liking.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. We sprinkle it with Salad Supreme seasoning blend and Parmesan cheese or salt, pepper and bleu cheese.
