Mexican Style Penne

  1. Cook the penne in salted water until almost done, about 8-12 minutes.
  2. Drain and return to the pot.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain, and return to the skillet.
  4. Mix in the taco seasoning, then add the cream cheese.
  5. Continue to stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the beef mixture into the pasta and mix together.
  7. Pour the salsa into the bottom of a 9 round baking pan and move around until it is evenly coated.
  8. Pour the pasta mixture on top.
  9. You can choose to mix it together or not, it doesnt matter.
  10. Pour the taco sauce over the top and then finish it off the cheeses.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
  12. Since all the ingredients are already cooked, the point is to it heat through and melt the cheeses.
  13. Serve with sour cream.
