Pork Chop Parmesan Recipe
- 4 loin pork chops
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 peeled and sliced potatoes
- Place sliced potatoes in bottom of baking dish.
- Add in water to bottom of pan, partially covering potatoes.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
- Remove excess fat from pork chops and place pork chops on top of potatoes.
- Sprinkle 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese over pork chops.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 min.
- Turn pork chops over; add in remaining cheese and bake till pork chops are golden.
- Keep potatoes partially covered with water while cooking.
- Don't salt pork chops.
