Pork Chop Parmesan Recipe

  1. Place sliced potatoes in bottom of baking dish.
  2. Add in water to bottom of pan, partially covering potatoes.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Sprinkle 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
  5. Remove excess fat from pork chops and place pork chops on top of potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese over pork chops.
  7. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 min.
  8. Turn pork chops over; add in remaining cheese and bake till pork chops are golden.
  9. Keep potatoes partially covered with water while cooking.
  10. Don't salt pork chops.
