Pan seared lemon pepper salmon w/ citrus yogurt sauce

  1. Mix all yogurt ingredients together well, cover and set in fridge.
  2. Rinse Salmon and pat dry
  3. Season both sides of fish with salt, pepper and lemon pepper seasoning.
  4. Heat non stick pan on med-high heat and add evoo
  5. Place salmon in hot pan skin side down and cook 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. FLIP ONLY ONCE
  7. Remove from heat, and plate with a starch and vegetables of your choice.
  8. Add a tablespoon or 2 over the fish and enjoy!
