Pan seared lemon pepper salmon w/ citrus yogurt sauce
- 8 oz salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- Mix all yogurt ingredients together well, cover and set in fridge.
- Rinse Salmon and pat dry
- Season both sides of fish with salt, pepper and lemon pepper seasoning.
- Heat non stick pan on med-high heat and add evoo
- Place salmon in hot pan skin side down and cook 4-5 minutes on each side.
- FLIP ONLY ONCE
- Remove from heat, and plate with a starch and vegetables of your choice.
- Add a tablespoon or 2 over the fish and enjoy!
