Easy to Roll Pastry

• 1 lb lard
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 5 12 cups cake-and-pastry flour

1. Mix baking powder, salt and flour in a large bowl.
2. In another bowl, dissolve lard in boiling water.
3. Add dry ingredients and stir well.
4. Cover with foil and refrigerate over night.
