Cherry Salad Jello Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (21 ounce.) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. soft cream cheese
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 3/4 ounce.) can undrained crushed pineapple
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 tbsp. minced pecans
- Dissolve raspberry gelatin in one c. of boiling water.
- Stir in pie filling.
- Pour this mix into 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish and refrigeratetill partially set.
- Dissolve lemon gelatin in remaining boiling water.
- Beat together the whipping cream, cream cheese and mayonnaise.
- Gradually add in the lemon gelatin.
- Mix with pineapple and marshmallows.
- Spread on top of cherry layer and sprinkle with nuts.
- Refrigeratetill set.
