Mediterranean Chicken & Sausage

  1. Pierce sausage with fork.
  2. Cook in large skillet on medium-high heat 15 to 20 min.
  3. or until browned.
  4. Remove from skillet.
  5. Cut into pieces; set aside.
  6. Add 1/4 cup of the dressing and chicken to skillet; cook 10 min.
  7. or until chicken is browned on both sides.
  8. Stir in sausage, mushrooms, broth and remaining 1/4 cup dressing.
  9. Dissolve cornstarch in water; add to skillet.
  10. Bring to boil.
  11. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  12. Simmer 15 min.
  13. or until chicken is cooked through.
  14. Serve over rice.
