Foil-Pack Taco Chicken

• 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
• 4 tsp. TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
• 1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 2), thinly sliced King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
• 3/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
• 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
• 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning mix.
3. Place 1/2 cup potatoes on center of each of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; top with chicken, cheese and salsa.
4. Fold foil to make 4 packets; place on rimmed baking sheet.
5. Bake 30 to 35 min.
6. or until chicken is done (165F).
7. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
8. Top chicken with sour cream.
