New Potatoes in Dill Cream Sauce

  1. Place potatoes in large saucepan.
  2. Add enough water to cover potatoes.
  3. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  4. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 15 minute or until potatoes are tender.
  5. Drain.
  6. Meanwhile mix cream cheese spread, milk and green pepper in a sauce pan over medium high heat.
  7. Stir continuously untlil cream cheese has melted and the mixture gets bubbly.
  8. Stir in dill.
  9. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
