Pepper Jack Puffs
- 34 cup melted margarine
- 1 12-2 cups shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- Combine the melted margarine, cheese, flour, salt, and Tabasco, working it until a dough forms.
- Form the mixture into small balls about the size of a marble.
- Bake at 350 degrees on a sprayed cookie sheet for 20 minutes or browned.
