Almond Coconut Bars

  1. In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and butter.
  2. Press into an ungreased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  3. Combine milk and coconut; carefully spread over crust.
  4. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. In microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter.
  6. Microwave on high for 1 minute; stir.
  7. Microwave 30-60 seconds longer or until chips are melted; stir until smooth.
  8. Spread over warm bars.
  9. Garnish with almonds.
  10. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
