Avocado and Corn Salsa

• 1/2 each avocados diced
• 1/2 cup corn thawed frozen
• 1 each italian plum (roma) tomatoes chopped
• 2 teaspoons cilantro freshly chopped
• 1 x lime juice to taste
• 1 x salt to taste

1. Combine avocado, corn, tomato and cilantro in a small bowl.
2. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
