Smoked Salmon Dip

  1. Mix all ingredients (except the crackers!)
  2. and store in the fridge for a few hours to let flavors develop.
  3. Let it come to room temperature before serving.
  4. If making this a day ahead, mix all ingredients except the chives.
  5. Add the chives right before serving instead.
  6. Serve with your favorite buttery crackers.
