Smoked Salmon Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Smoked Salmon (I Used The Flaky Kind, Not The Super Soft, Bright Orange Kind)
- 8 ounces, weight Whipped Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 dash Lemon Juice Or Lemon Zest
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Chives
- Assorted Crackers, For Serving
- Mix all ingredients (except the crackers!)
- and store in the fridge for a few hours to let flavors develop.
- Let it come to room temperature before serving.
- If making this a day ahead, mix all ingredients except the chives.
- Add the chives right before serving instead.
- Serve with your favorite buttery crackers.
