Pulled Pork BBQ
- 5 pounds Pork Roast (I Like Boston Butt)
- 13 bottles Liquid Smoke
- 1 bottle BBQ Sauce, divided
- Rinse pork and pat dry.
- Place in crock pot.
- Pour about 1/3 bottle of liquid smoke and 1/2 bottle BBQ sauce over pork.
- Cook on low for about 8 hours, or until meat thermometer reaches 160-170.
- The pork should be falling apart.
- If not, cook it a little longer.
- I usually let the meat cool slightly.
- Then I use gloves and pull the meat apart with my hands, making sure to remove the extra fatty parts.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce.
- Pour some of the extra liquid over the leftovers and store in the fridge or freezer.
