Pineapple Ham Loaf

  1. Mix together the ground ham, pork, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk and ketchup.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the brown sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar, and mustard.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Divide meat mixture into 9 patties alternate patty, then a wheel of pineapple, patty, then wheel of pineapple and so forth.
  5. Put them in a loaf/stack in a 9x13 dish or 2 or 3 loaf pans.
  6. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
  7. Take out and baste the loaf with the glaze mixture.
  8. Put back in the oven for another 60 minutes.
  9. Super easy and delicious!!
