Nostalgic * Omurice
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 bowls Chicken rice
- 1 Tomato ketchup
- 1 Parsley (dried or fresh)
- Make the chicken rice.
- Refer to.
- Beat the egg together with salt and sugar.
- Heat a frying pan and coat with oil.
- Pour in the egg mixture and spread it around the pan.
- When it's half cooked, place the chicken rice in the centre.
- Lift up one side of the omelette with a spatula, bring the omelette to the side of the pan and turn gently over onto the plate.
- Neaten the shape of the omurice with a paper towel.
- Serve with ketchup and garnish with parsley to finish.
