Broccoli Casserole
- 2 (10 ounce) packages broccoli, frozen
- 2 eggs
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, small
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 15 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 lb crabmeat (optional)
- Cook broccoli until tender, drain.
- Combine eggs, butter, onion, soup, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a large casserole dish.
- Top with cheese and cracker crumbs and bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
