Guacamole with Sass

  1. Mash the avocados.
  2. Add all of everything and 1/2 the lemon juice.
  3. Mix.
  4. The tomatoes help keep the guac creamy, less like the brick mortar mashed avocados alone can be.
  5. Pour the other half of the lemon juice on top (use a bit more if needed) to keep it from turning brown before serving.
  6. Mix thoroughly right before serving.
