Mini Mango & Jalapeno Towers

• 5 oz. CRACKER BARREL White Cheddar Cheese with Jalapeno Peppers
• 1 fresh mango, cut into 20 small cubes Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
• 20 fresh cilantro leaves (about 1/4 cup)

1. Cut cheese into 10 cubes, then cut each cube diagonally in half.
2. Thread mangos, cilantro and cheese onto 20 decorative picks.
