Bagel Spread Recipe

  1. I came up with this because I do not eat dairy and wanted something to put on my bagels
  2. Put all but the currants in a blender and blend till smooth.
  3. If it is not thick sufficient, you can add in a mix of cornstarch and water which have been heated and thickened to the mix.
  4. Add in soymilk if it's too thick.
  5. I always have the tofu in my freezer; it doesn't*have* to be frzn first, but it should be well liquid removed.
