Baked Ham And Cheesewich

  1. Lightly flour a pastry cloth or a piece of wax paper.
  2. Place bread dough on cloth; sprinkle lightly with flour.
  3. Roll out dough to a 10 x 14-inch rectangle.
  4. Spread mustard lengthwise down center 1/3 of dough.
  5. Top with ham, then cheese and spinach.
  6. Make cuts in dough from filling to dough edges at 1 inch intervals along sides of filling.
  7. Alternating sides, fold cup strips at a slight angle over top of filling to cover.
  8. Carefully transfer filled dough loaf to a greased baking sheet.
  9. Let rise for 15 to 20 minutes.
  10. Brush loaf with egg white.
  11. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  12. Serve warm; cut into slices.
