Tortilla Torte Recipe

• 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate pcs
• 3 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
• 10 (7" or possibly 8") flour tortillas
• 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
• Chocolate curls
• Fresh strawberries (optional)

1. In a medium saucepan heat chocolate pcs over low heat, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in 2 c. of lowfat sour cream.
3. Remove from heat and cold.
4. Place one tortilla onto a serving plate.
5. Spread about 1/3 of the chocolate mix on top.
6. Repeat with eight of the tortillas and the remaining chocolate mix.
7. Top with last tortilla.
8. In a small bowl stir together the remaining 1 c. lowfat sour cream and powdered sugar.
9. Spread on top of torte.
10. Cover and refrigerateovernight.
11. Before serving garnish with chocolate curls and strawberries.
12. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
