Lobster - Jamaican Style

  1. Remove cooked lobster out of the shell & cut into chunks.
  2. Melt butter and saute chopped garlic, slivered onion, bell pepper & slivered habenero pepper.
  3. Add the lobster chunks & saute until hot.
  4. Optional to add a splash of sherry.
  5. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Serve over prepared bowtie pasta.
